The opera takes place in the early 1930s in Antibes, an exclusive and wealthy town near Nice on the French Riviera. The Three Fat Women of Antibes is a comic opera in two acts. Running time is approximately 60 minutes and is performed without intermission. There are three sets required; a villa, a restaurant, and a train station.
