Choral Music Summer

I’m just about to update my “What’s New” page. Here’s what I was doing last fall when I launched my new web site:

This has been the CHORAL MUSIC SUMMER. I’m excited and pleased to announce that these choral pieces are available at JW Pepper right now! Pieces with a * are secular.

• Land of Rest: SSA, a cappella
• Good People of God: SATB with brass or organ
• *A Song of Singing: SATB, piano, cajon, or beatbox
• *Algonquin Mill: SATB, a cappella

These pieces are available at St. James Music Press (SJMP). If you don’t have an account at SJMP, you can create a free one. You’ll be able to see and listen to everything.

• Psalm 150: Praise Eternal God: SATB, organ and tambourine
• The World is Filled with Creatures, an easy and fun piece for your Blessing of the Animals service. Unison voices and organ.

The choral musicians didn’t get it all their way, though. Four new orchestra works have also been released at JW Pepper.

• Prince: Full orchestra, suitable for high school or college students. Lots of percussion, Latin-Rock rhythms.
• Passage to Fatehpur Sikri: String Quartet or String Orchestra and Clarinet.
• Winter Melodies: String Quartet or String Orchestra.
• The Mitten: Chamber Orchestra
